DUE TO COVID-19, DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED.

NOTE: Due to current shipping times, orders to Canada will not arrive by Dec 24th

Standard shipping is FREE to the United States. The free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Due to extended delays we have encountered with shipments to Canada, we can no longer offer standard shipping to Canada.  Premium shipping is available at checkout.  Shipping costs for Canada are listed below.

Note: Initially we only ship to US and Canada and only support standard shipping.  If you are interested in shipping items to other countries, please contact us at info@wakesurfstyle.com.  In the future we will look to expand into other markets and offer additional shipping methods. 

When will I get my order?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

USA: 5-​8 business days
International (including Canada): Shipping times vary based on the speed of the delivering postal service. Most orders of in-stock products arrive within 10-21 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities in different parts of the US.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders (this includes Canada). Your country or local government may impose import duties and/or Value Added Tax (VAT) on imported purchases. These fees are not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not enforced by Wakesurf Style, and we are unable to know when they will be imposed. These fees, if any, are payable to your government. You are solely responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes required for the release of your package. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Wakesurf Style is not responsible for any packages held by customs. Customers are responsible to be aware of and comply with local laws pertaining to the import of materials sold on our website.


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—I​f you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@wakesurfstyle.com with your order number.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address. Use a simple tool like U​SPS ZIP code lookup​ to make sure you get it right!

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@wakesurfstyle.com.
